The EPS board is slurried to the deck in new construction or to the existing roof membrane in re-roofing applications. The cast-in-place Elastizell concrete sandwiches the Zell-Board EPS Insulation to the deck and creates a monolithic lightweight insulated concrete roof deck system. Elastizell completely encapsulates the EPS for high resistance to uplift, fire, and seismic forces.
